Prices vary from £35 - £80 per night dependant on the time of year, please feel free to e-mail me for current prices (prices quoted are for the property, not per person)

If you do require cot hire, welcome packs, Champagne/Flowers these are available at extra cost.

Reservations

I require a £200.00 deposit or full payment if less than 8 weeks prior to departure to confirm your reservation. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until I have received the reservation payment in cleared funds.

Payment for the reservation should be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Cancellation

Reservation payments are non-refundable however if I am successful in re-letting the property you will be refunded 70% of your payment subject to 28 days notice being provided via e-mail darryl_chappell@yahoo.co.uk  or in writing.

Arrival

On the day of your arrival, the property will be available from 3:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you before this time.

Properties should be vacated by 10.00 Am however if you require this to be later please make your request via e-mail, and if the later departure time can be offered by the cleaning company I will advise you accordingly.

A damage deposit of £200 is required but this will be refunded in full after a satisfactory inspection of the property subject to no damage being found by my management company.

Cleaning

The property shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in a reasonable condition. Cleaning & laundry fee is       £ 40.00 payable upon departure.

Number and identity of the guests

The client will inform me of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorised to use the property.

Behaviour

The client reserving the property will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, I shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the property without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Liabilities

I as the owner of the property, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
